Job Placement Scheme

Job Placement Scheme

"Here at the Learn Express we understand that the main focus of learning is to increase your career prospects"
Research has proved that the greatest hurdle graduates face is getting companies to employ them without any relevant experience.
Learn Express offer a Job Placement Scheme with many of our courses, we are partnered with a London recruitment consultancy who can work on our students behalf to arrange Job Placements.
Job placements and internships are offered by a wide variety of organisations, covering a vast range of opportunities.
The terms ‘placement’ and ‘internship’ usually mean the same thing. However, some are paid and others are unpaid.
Every placement will be different, depending on the needs of the particular employer. But typically, you could expect to be given a specific piece of work, or a list of duties. Most placements last from a few days to a few months.
Internships and placements can give you the chance to:
  • get valuable ‘hands-on’ work experience
  • prove yourself to an employer
  • build your confidence
  • make contacts in your chosen industry
  • see whether a particular role or organisation is right for you
  • boost your future employment prospects

Will a job placement lead to a job?

There’s no guarantee that a placement will lead to a job. However, if a job does become available you’ll be in an excellent position to be considered; many of our students have found themselves in this position. Statistics have shown that jobseekers who have completed a job placement in their chosen profession are 68% more likely to be employed as a result the Learn Express Job Placement Scheme has become very highly sort after by students.
